Founder and Managing Director. He has more than 30 years’ experience in the world of copyright, culture and cultural and creative industries. Philippe has an extensive knowledge and understanding of the cultural economy in Europe. He led two landmark studies for the European Commission on the Economy of Culture in Europe (2006) and on the Impact of Culture on Creativity (2009), and have led numerous studies, research and impact evaluation assignments in the field of copyright, culture, sport, audio-visual, digital economy, culture and territories.
