Julie Hervé is a senior policy advisor at EUROCITIES, the European network of large cities. She specialises in local cultural policies. She has over 15 years of experience in working with city representatives at political and technical levels.

She manages all EUROCITIES activities on culture, including capacity-building activities on culture for cities through workshops, peer-learning visits, thematic workings working groups.

She also manages EU funded initiatives such as ‘Cultural Heritage in Action’ (DG EAC, 2020-2022), the European peer-learning programme on cultural heritage for cities and regions. Julie is a member of the new European Commission expert group on cultural heritage and represents EUROCITIES in the Urban Agenda Partnership on culture and cultural heritage.
